Evolv water

So there is some hype starting to generate about Evolv water ( http://www.evolvhealth.com/ )
This is spring water that has the following additions

Spring water
Extract of alfalfa
Milk Whey Protein
Bromelian
papain
protease
amylase
lipase
lactase ( to help in the digestion of lactose in the whey )
cellulase

Now this bottled water is sold at 55 a case for members or 65 no members. The company is set up like a MLM ( Multi-level marketing sales , pyramid scheme ).

Now when looking at the supplements and doing a little research ...

Taking a Papaya chewable usually contain almost all of the extra enzymes ( protease , Bromelian , papain , lipase and some have amylase , cellulase ) Now brand for example

and a alfalfa extra pill with my usual whey protein drink will give me almost the same amount of supplements. Yes there are some calories involved then but at about 1/16 of the cost I think the light calories is worth it.

Or even better add papaya and alfalfa to your morning green drink :)

UDO's 3 - 6 - 9 make your own

So to make sure I am getting correct fats it was recommend I take UDO's oil 3- 6 - 9. This is kind of pricey and I started looking into what could be made similar and cheaper .

So from the back of their bottle of 3-6-9 =

"8.5 Fl. Oz.

Amount Per Serving % Daily Value*

Calories 125
Calories From Fat 125
Total Fat 14g 22%

Trans Fat 0g
Polyunsaturated Fat 10g
Monounsaturated Fat 3g

Omega-3 Fatty Acids 6g †
Omega 6 Fatty Acids 3g †
Omega 9 Fatty Acids 3g † "

so basiclly it is 2 parts omega 3 and one part each of 6 and 9.

With that said here is an outline of what you can find with these omegas in them .
Omega-3 Fatty Acids = flax seed oil
Omega 6 Fatty Acids = flax seed oil/sunflower/sesame oil/evening primrose oil/hemp/sunflower
Omega 9 Fatty Acids = olive oil/sesame oil/avocado( which actually has 3,6,9 in it )

So I just bought some Flax seed oil and used the sesame and olive oil I already had and saved a bunch of money $15.00 for over 32 oz not bad .

So again 2 parts flax seed oil and one part sesame(next time I might use hemp) and one part olive oil( I might use avocado next time ) was the receipe I used . Now just follow their suggested servings.
